LIMITED EDITION SILKSCREEN PRINTS

The “Ocean” series takes his sculptural fins works and translates them into limited edition prints. Each print is a one-of-a-kind handmade silk screen artwork by the artist.  

In his "Momentary" prints, the artist acts as a clock, registering the light reflecting off the refracted surface of the water at "Sunrise", "High Noon", and "Sunset" - creating a serene impressionist seascape. Konagi uses surfboard wax to create texture in the prints during the silkscreen process.

Each print continues to be playful and dynamic in its use of color and composition while also keeping a sleek sophistication and modern lines clean lines. Drawing on the artist's relationship with surfing and the ocean, these collector-edition prints invite a sense of nature and serenity into the home.
